NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The Jefferson Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors will hold a special board meeting beginning at 4:30 PM at: 500 Market Street (second floor meeting room), Steubenville, OH 43952 on Monday, November 9, 2026.

The business to be transacted at the meeting is limited strictly to the following items:

• Approval and payment of bills to be paid
• Piney Fork trail project update and action items for November 14th opening event
• District Outreach and PR
• Discussion of and planning for JSWCD open positions – Education and Outreach Coordinator and Ag and  Natural Resources Technician
• Executive session to consider the appointment or promotion of a District employee

Pursuant to Ohio law, no other business outside of the stated purpose(s) above may be discussed or acted upon during this special meeting.
