Stormwater Management Plan
A Stormwater Management Plan, often abbreviated as SWMP, is the guiding document for how an entity will manage stormwater. A SWMP will identify the 6 MCMs as outlined in the MS4 permit, and will how it will implimnet Best Managment Practices (BMPs) to improve water quality. The SWMP for Jefferson County & Other's was developed in 2003, and is regularly revised to meet OEPA permit requirements.

MCM Performance Standard Review
To measure the effectiveness of the Stormwater Mangament Plan, the Oversight Committee of the Jefferson County Stormwater Consortium regularly reviews the Minimun Control Measures and the work completed in association with the MS4 program.
