A Stormwater Management Plan, often abbreviated as SWMP, is the guiding document for how an entity will manage stormwater. A SWMP will identify the 6 MCMs as outlined in the MS4 permit, and will how it will implimnet Best Managment Practices (BMPs) to improve water quality.  The SWMP for Jefferson County & Other's was developed in 2003, and is regularly revised to meet OEPA permit requirements.
