The following is required to be submitted for a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3) review: 

  • 1 Copy of the SWP3 (Digital or Print)
  • JSWCD Application for Erosion and Sediment Control Review
  • Review Fee (fee schedule on application)
  • 1 Copy of the completed Notice of Intent (NOI) for OEPA
  • Long-term Maintenance Plan, when required

Information regarding erosion and sediment controls, post-construction stormwater management, stormwater pollution prevention and MS4 Phase II Communities of Jefferson County.

Construction General Permit (Ohio EPA) 

Projects that disturb 1 or more acres of land, or are part of a greater common plan of development must submit a Notice of Intentent (NOI) as part of the OEPA's Construction General Permit (CGP).  An approved NOI from OEPA is needed as part of your SWP3 application to the Jefferson SWCD.  For more information on the Construction General Permit, please visit the following :
